The DIESTRONG Manifesto

This manifesto is a standard to live by. Put it somewhere you'll see it every day. Read it out loud. Not as a recitation. Say it like you mean it. Keep what resonates, rewrite what doesn't, and make it yours.

We were not born to live forever.
We were born to build, to love, to contribute, and then move on to whatever comes next.

I don’t want to cheat death. I want to conquer life.
I don’t want to preserve my existence. I want to earn it every single day.

I will build myself strong.
A strong body that reflects my standard and gives me the strength to build.
A strong mind that keeps me focused on what matters and steady under stress.
A strong spirit that grounds me in what I believe and gives meaning to how I live.

I will build my life with intent.
A strong identity that I choose deliberately and prove through every action.
A strong set of values that I stand by no matter what life throws at me.
A strong mission that drives me to make my greatest contribution.

I will build others up.
A strong home, where the people I love get the best of me.
A strong body of work, built with love to lift as many lives as I can.
A stronger world because I took responsibility for more than my own life.

And I will keep building even after I'm gone.
Through who I became, what I built, and who I made stronger.

The goal isn’t to extend life. It’s to expand it.
To live with such clarity and intensity that death finds me standing, nothing unfinished.

So while I breathe, I will build. I will love. I will contribute.
And when the time comes, I will die strong.

Live fully. Die strong.
